JUDGMENT Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, CJ. - This writ petition has been filed challenging the fact that Classes 6th to 12th in the schools were being opened. 2. According to the petitioner, since the children have not been inoculated so far, to open these classes would endanger their lives. However, Mr. Ajay Veer Pundir, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, subsequently, the Government has decided to permit the schools to function in a hybrid mode, i.e. both physically and by holding online classes. 3. Since online classes are now permitted, this case has become infructuous. 4. It is, hereby, dismissed, as infructuous.
