JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - Mr. Harendra Belwal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that judgment dated 11.10.2018 rendered by Writ Court in WPSS No. 740 of 2018 has been set aside by Division Bench of this Court in SPA No. 333 of 2019. 2. Since the judgment, contempt whereof is alleged, does not survive any longer, therefore, the contempt petition is closed. Notices issued to the opposite parties are hereby discharged.
