JUDGMENT Manoj K. Tiwari, J. - Writ Petition (S/S) No. 358 of 2018 filed by the petitioner was disposed of vide judgment dated 28.02.2018 with a direction to the Chairman/Managing Director, Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. to take decision on petitioner’s Memorial dated 30.01.2017 within four weeks. 2. Alleging non-compliance of the said judgment, this contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner. 3. A compliance affidavit has been filed by Mr. A.V.Girija Kumar, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. Along with said affidavit, an order dated 27.07.2018 has been enclosed as Annexure – 1. 4. Perusal of the said order indicates that the Competent Authority, upon considering the submission made by the petitioner in his Memorial dated 30.1.2017, has remanded the case back to the Disciplinary Authority for reconsideration. 5. In view of the averments made in the compliance affidavit, this Court is satisfied that the order passed by Writ Court stands complied with. 6. Accordingly, contempt petition is closed. Notice issued to the opposite party is hereby discharged.
