JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - Writ Court vide order dated 19.02.2018 had directed the respondents to consider petitioners’ case for regularization from the date junior person, namely, Balbir Singh Pundir was regularized. 2. Alleging willful disobedience of the said order, this contempt petition has been filed. 3. A response affidavit has been filed by Mr. R.C. Purohit, Chief Engineer, Public Works Department. In paragraph no. 3 of the said affidavit, it has been stated that claim of the petitioners for regularization was considered and rejected vide order dated 24.07.2018. The order dated 24.07.2018 has been enclosed as Annexure No. 1 to the response affidavit, wherein it has been stated that Balbir Singh Pundir, whom petitioner no.1 had alleged is junior to him, is actually senior to him. Regarding petitioner no. 2, it has been stated that, after considering his claim, it was found that he was not eligible for regularization. 4. Since the claim of the petitioners for regularization was considered in compliance of the order passed by Writ Court, therefore, this is not a case of willful disobedience of the order passed by Writ Court. 5. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. Contempt notices issued to respondents are hereby discharged.
