JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful violation of an interim order passed in Second Appeal No. 107 of 2004. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent has apprised the Court that the said Second Appeal was dismissed as withdrawn, in view of compromise entered between the parties. 3. Since the Second Appeal itself has been dismissed as withdrawn, therefore, the interim order passed in the said Second Appeal does not survive. 4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. Contempt notice issued to the respondent is hereby discharged.
