JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - This Contempt Petition was filed in the year 2018; however, notice was not issued to the opposite parties till date. 2. In view of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, contempt proceedings cannot be initiated against opposite party, at this late stage. 3. Accordingly, Contempt Petition is closed.
