Tiwari, J. - Mr. Niranjan Bhatt, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the amount of Leave Encashment and Gratuity has been released to the petitioner, pursuant to the order dated 10.01.2018 passed in WPSB No. 05 of 2018. 2. Since the order has been complied with, therefore, contempt petition is closed. Notice issued to the opposite party is hereby discharged.
