JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - Mr. Pankaj Miglani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner makes a statement at the bar that the order passed by Writ Court has been complied with and a sum of â1.00 lakh was deposited by the opposite parties with the Uttarakhand State Legal Services Authority and â1.00 lakh was paid off to the petitioner. 2. Ms. Shakshi Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the submission made on behalf of the opposite parties. 3. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed. Notices issued to the opposite parties are hereby discharged.
