JUDGMENT Manoj K. Tiwari, J. - Petitioner was transferred from a Nyay Panchayat to a Gram Panchayat. Writ Petition (S/S) No. 529 of 2018 filed by petitioner was allowed vide judgment dated 23.03.2018 and the impugned transfer order was quashed. 2. Alleging non-compliance of the said order, this contempt petition has been filed. 3. Today Mr. I.D. Paliwal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made a statement at the bar that pursuant to the order passed by Writ Court, petitioner has been retransferred to Nyay Panchayat after withdrawing the transfer order. 4. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed. Notice issued to the opposite party is hereby discharged.
