JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - This Contempt Petition was filed in the year 2018. This Court, vide order dated 20.07.2018, issued notice to the opposite parties, however, petitioner did not take steps for effecting service upon opposite parties. 2. In view of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, contempt proceedings cannot be initiated against opposite party, at this late stage. 3. Accordingly, Contempt Petition is closed.
