JUDGMENT Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, CJ. - The learned Deputy Advocate General, Mr. N.S. Pundir, informs this Court that respondent nos. 4 & 5 whose nomination to the Waqf Board is challenged, were nominated on 25.10.2016. Therefore, the tenure of 5 years has expired on 24.10.2021. Hence, the case has become infructuous. 2. Mr. T.A. Khan, the learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the petitioner, does not dispute this position. 3. Therefore, this case is, hereby, dismissed as infructuous.
