ORDER 1. This writ petition has been filed by Preeti Solanki D/o Shri Mehtab Singh Solanki with the following prayers :- "(A) The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents No.4 and 5 to comply the direction of Hon'ble High Court in W.P. No.8914/2020 to made available oxygen beds to Corona patients & Drugs to save the lives of Covid Patients. (B) To take action against (i) Govt. Medical College Ratlam (ii) Dr. Rajesh Sharma of AYUSH GRAM BANJALI Dist. Ratlam for not giving first aid to deceased Suresh Dagar requiring admission was being made to shuttle from one hospital to another in view of ambiguity regarding availability of oxygen beds. (C) To direct the State Govt. to pay monetary compensation for Rs.15 lacs to the bereaved family which may be recovered from salary of concerned Doctor of defaulted hospitals." 2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition aggrieved by untimely death of a young advocate who died due to non-availability of oxygen bed and Ambulance. It is alleged that the advocate was made to shuttle from one hospital to another in view of ambiguity regarding availability of beds. It is contended that the deceased had taken for treatment from a Private Doctor Patni on 1st May, 2021. He was advised for C.T. Scan of chest. The CT Scan report of chest of Advocate Suresh Dagar detected Corona. Ultimately, he died on motorcycle on 4.5.2021 due to poor oxygen level. The Dean Medical College, Ratlam was busy in preparation of inauguration of newly created 60 oxygen beds ward in Medical College but did not deem fit to admit the deceased Corona patient. Prayer is made that respondent/State be directed to comply directions issued by this Court in W.P. No.8914/2020 to make oxygen beds available to the corona patients and to take appropriate action against the Dean of Government Medical College, Ratlam for not giving treatment to the deceased. Prayer is also made to pay compensation of Rs.15 lacs to the bereaved family of the deceased. 3. Having regard to the facts of the case, we require the petitioner to approach respondent No.2 by way of a representation who may examine the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same by passing appropriate speaking order within a period of three months. 4. With the aforesaid direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
