JUDGMENT Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, CJ. - The petitioner has challenged the approval letter No.1456 dated 07.09.2021, which was issued by the respondent No.3 in favour of the respondent No.4. 2. However, Mr. V.K. Kaparuwan, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, submits that by letter dated 09.11.2021, the work order granted to the respondent No.4 has been withdrawn. 3. Mr. Ankit Shah, the learned counsel for the petitioner, does not challenge this position. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. It is, hereby, dismissed as infructuous.
