JUDGMENT I.A. No. 05 of 2021 An application has been filed by the appellant seeking to unconditionally withdraw R.F.A. No. 17 of 2016 although, it was part heard on 30.07.2021. Mr. A. Moulik, learned Senior Advocate for the respondent has no objection to the withdrawal. In view of the application, the R.F.A. No. 17 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn.
