JUDGMENT : 1. Despite successful video link being sent to the learned counsel for the petitioner, no one has appeared. 2. Learned standing counsel is present on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 5. 3. Notice need not be sent to respondents no.2 and 3. 4. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1-Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 i.e. Sub. Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Azamgarh to Expedite the Misc. Review Application No. 361/2017 U/s 229-B, U.P. Zamindari Abolition Act (Mahendra Prasad Vishvakarma Versus Feku and others) which is file in Original Case No. 218 of 1999 (Mahendra Prasad Vishvakarma Versus Lalti Devi and 5 others). expeditiously preferably within specified period." 5. From the record it transpires that suit under Section 229-B of Zamindari Abolition Act was decided on 23.05.2008. A review application no.361 of 2017 was filed on 29.08.2017. A prayer has been made for early disposal of the said review application. 6. Learned standing counsel does not oppose the limited prayer so made by the petitioner. 7. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending and calling for counter affidavit, the respondent no.1, Sub. Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Azamgarh is directed to expeditiously decide Misc. Review Application No. 361/2017 preferably within next six months from the date of production of a copy of this order downloaded from the website of the High Court strictly in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties. 8. The writ petition stands disposed of.
