JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - According to the petitioner, he has filed a partition suit under Section 176 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, before Assistant Collector, Ist Class, Kotdwar, Pauri Garhwal. 2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Court concerned to expedite hearing of the said case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit was filed on 19.12.2017, which is numbered as Revenue Case No. 14 of 2017-18. He further submits that the case is now ripe for hearing, as pleadings have been exchanged and issues have been framed. 4. Having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to Court concerned to expedite hearing of the aforesaid Revenue Case and decide same as early as possible. It is made clear that any unnecessary adjournment shall be avoided.
