JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - An injunction suit has been filed against the petitioner by respondent no.1 in the month of April, 2018, which is pending in the Court of Civil Judge (S.D.), Roorkee, Haridwar and which is numbered as Original Suit No. 129 of 2018. 2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to expedite hearing of the said suit. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is an old lady of 71 years of age, who has filed counter claim in the said suit. He further submits that plaintiff in the said suit was petitioner's tenant, but he is now claiming title over the suit property, based on a forged sale-deed. 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to court concerned to decide Original Suit No. 129 of 2018 as early as possible, untrammelled by any observation made in this order. Unnecessary adjournment to the parties should be avoided.
