JUDGMENT Heard on I.A. No.03 of 2021, which is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking to withdraw the instant Writ Petition. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was permitted by the Respondent No.1-Sikkim University, to appear and take part in the interview conducted by the Respondent No.1 on on 22.06.2021, for the post of Associate Professor (Chemistry). That, as such he seeks to withdraw the instant Petition. The Respondents No.1 and 2 have no objection. In view of the above submissions, Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn as also I.A. No.03 of 2021 and I.A. No.01 of 2020.
