JUDGMENT Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, CJ. - The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with a liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition after a punishment order is passed by the disciplinary authority. 2.
