JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - By the order dated 09.11.2021 impugned in this writ petition, the mining contract granted to the petitioner was kept in abeyance. This Court by an interim order dated 17.11.2021, stayed operation of the said order with liberty to respondents to proceed with the ongoing enquiry. Now, enquiry has been concluded and contract has been cancelled by a subsequent order dated 09.12.2021. 2. In such view of the matter, this writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
