JUDGMENT : 1. This Court had directed all the petitioners to serve copies of the writ applications on learned ASG, failing which all the writ applications shall stand dismissed. 2. Today, at the time of commencement of hearing, learned ASG through his associate Mr. Anand Sharma has filed a list of cases where copies of the writ applications have not been served on learned counsel for the Union of India through ASG. 3. Accordingly, in view of earlier order dated 24.02.2021, all writ applications stand dismissed for non compliance of the aforesaid direction. Interim order, if any, passed therein stand vacated.
