JUDGMENT Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, CJ. - Mr. Ashish Joshi, the learned counsel for the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, informs this Court that qua the petitioners, namely Deepak Aswal, Shakil Ahmad, Vijyendra Kishor, Ranjeet Kumar, Surendra Kumar, Asheesh Chauhan and Rakesh Prashad Joshi, the writ petition has become infructuous, as they have not qualified in the examination. 2. Therefore, the writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as infructuous qua the petitioners aforementioned.
