JUDGMENT Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, CJ. - Mr. Ashish Joshi, the learned counsel for the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, informs this Court that qua the petitioner, namely Smt. Ritu Negi, the writ petition has become infructuous, as she has not qualified in the examination. 2. Therefore, the writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as infructuous qua the petitioner Smt. Ritu Negi.
