JUDGMENT Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, CJ. - In pursuance of the order dated 13.01.2020, passed by this Court, Mr. Dharmendra Singh Adhikari, the learned Registrar (Judicial) has submitted the inquiry report. The same shall be taken on record. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners, wishes to withdraw the present writ petition. 3. Therefore, the writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn.
