JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - In view of the stand taken in the response affidavit filed by respondent no. 2 and also the order dated 15.09.2018 passed by Chief Education Officer, Bageshwar, this Court is satisfied that the order passed by Writ Court has been complied with. 2. In such view of the matter, the Contempt Petition is closed. Contempt notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged.
