JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - The writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of by Division Bench of this Court with the following directions: "Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. Impugned orders under challenge are quashed and set aside. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner shall be permitted to discharge his duties by way of deployment till the end of the academic session i.e. 31.03.2019." 2. In sum & substance, petitioner wanted extension of service after superannuation, till the end of academic session. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has informed the Court that the judgment rendered by Division Bench of this Court has been stayed by Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 11.02.2019. 4. In such view of the matter, the Contempt Petition is closed. Contempt notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek recall of this order as & when S.L.P. is decided in his favour.
