JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, has made a statement that, pursuant to order passed by Writ Court, a three member committee of experts was constituted and, based on recommendation of the said committee, petitioner has been appointed as Assistant Teacher L.T. Grade (Hindi). 2. In view of the statement so made by learned Standing Counsel, the Contempt Petition is closed. Contempt notice issued to the respondent is hereby discharged.
