JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - According to the petitioner he alongwith his brother has purchased 0.4090 hectares of land at Jakhan at Dehradun on 18.10.2021, however, Respondent no.6 is claiming title over the said land and is interfering in their possession. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to a letter dated 30.11.2021 issued by Commissioner to Senior Superintendent of Police, Dehradun and she submits that direction be issued to State Authorities to decide petitioner's representation. 3. There appears to be a title dispute which cannot be resolved by District/Police Administration and the only remedy would be to approach a competent Court of law. 4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:- "i) to issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. I to 6 to take decision on the petitioner representation dated 25.11.2021. ii) to issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 4 and 5 to take action in pursuance of the letter dated 30.11.2021 issued by the Office of Commissioner Garhwal Mandal Camp, Dehradun. iii) to issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 1 to 6 directing PAC to vacate the Petitioner land and to handover the possession to the Petitioner." 5. Having regard to the facts of the case, this Court declines to interfere in the matter. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach a competent Court of law. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
