JUDGMENT : 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 316 of 2020, under Section -3(1) of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station -Jamaniya, District - Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 3. Obviously bare perusal of the application for anticipatory bail has been filed seeking relief in the matter involving U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 and the case pertaining to the Gangster Act is explicitly excluded from the purview of anticipatory bail. 4. Accordingly, this anticipatory application is dismissed as not maintainable.
