JUDGMENT S.K. Mishra, J. - Heard Mr. Rajveer Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2. The petitioner has prayed to issue a writ of mandamus to the learned District Judge, Haridwar for expeditiously dispose of the Arbitration Application No. 72 of 2021, Shiv Kumar vs. Ministry of Road Transport and National Highways. 3. This Court is not inclined to issue a writ of mandamus. However, the writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the learned District Judge for expeditious deposal of the Arbitration Case, as aforesaid. On such an event, the learned District Judge shall consider the application and find out if there are valid and good grounds for fast tracking the arbitration case and if he so considers that there is valid ground for early disposal of the arbitration case, then it shall be disposed of within a period of six months. 4. There shall be no order as to the costs. 5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner on proper application.
