JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - According to the petitioner, his house was damaged in recent rains and he has undertaken repair work in the said house. His grievance is that some Officials of Nagar Nigam Rudrapur are interfering with the repair work. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation to the Competent Authority in Nagar Nigam Rudrapur, but no decision has been taken on the same so far. 2. After arguing for a while, Mr. D.N. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner confines his prayer and submits that petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh representation to the Competent Authority in Nagar Nigam Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar. 3. Mr. Lalit Sharma, learned counsel appearing for Nagar Nigam Rudrapur assures the Court that if petitioner moves representation within a week then decision thereupon shall be taken by the Competent Authority at the earliest. 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation, against interference in his repair work by Officials of Nagar Nigam Rudrapur. If such representation is made within a week from today, the Competent Authority in Nagar Nigam Rudrapur will consider the same and take appropriate decision, in accordance with law, within two weeks thereafter. 5. It is made clear that this order will not preclude District Level Development Authority, Udham Singh Nagar or Authorities of Revenue Department from proceeding against the petitioner, as per law. 6. Let certified copy of this order be supplied to the counsel for petitioner within 24 hours.
