JUDGMENT 1. Mr. N. Syngkon, learned counsel for petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, some developments have happened for which he seeks to withdraw the same and to file afresh. 2. The prayer so prayed is granted and the matter stands closed on withdrawal, and accordingly disposed of.
