JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - Mr. Harendra Belwal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made a statement at the bar that the order passed by Writ Court has been complied with, inasmuch as, petitioner's claim for regularisation has been considered and rejected by the Competent Authority. 2. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. Notices issued to the opposite parties are hereby discharged. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the rejection order before the appropriate forum.
