JUDGMENT J.K. Maheshwari; CJ.:-- Md. Suvani is present in the Court. He has produced his Adhaar Card to show his identity and on perusal of his Adhaar Card his identity is confirmed. Let a photocopy of identity card along with his appearance sheet be kept on record. It is to note here that appellant No. 24 was having power of attorney for appellants No. 1 to 23 to contest the matter and accordingly, he has signed the Vakalatnama as power of attorney on behalf of all the appellants. After issuance of the special process card, he is present today. He has stated across the Bar that he does not wish to press this appeal on behalf of all the appellants. SPC was issued to all the appellants for their appearance today but no one is present except appellant no.23 & 24, representing all. In view of the said statement, learned Counsel representing the respondents having no objection in withdrawal of this Writ Appeal. Accordingly, the withdrawal of Writ Appeal is allowed. In view of the foregoing, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
