ORDER : 1. The present writ petition is taken up through video conferencing. I.A. No. 2731 of 2021 2. The present interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for early hearing of the writ petition. 3. Since the writ petition itself has been taken up, there is no need to pass any order in the present interlocutory application. The same is accordingly disposed of. W.P. (C) No. 538 of 2020 4. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondents to renew the petitioner’s license no. 09 dated 16.06.1996 for operating his Saw Mill as according to him, aforesaid license has not been renewed after the year 2004 even after accepting the requisite fee. 5. Reference may be made to order dated 24.03.2021 wherein it was observed that the petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition being W.P. (C) No. 1138 of 2012, which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 28.06.2013. However, since the copy of the said order was not annexed with the present writ petition, the petitioner was directed to file supplementary affidavit bringing on record the said order dated 28.06.2013 passed in W.P. (C) No. 1138 of 2012. 6. In pursuant to order dated 24.03.2021, the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit annexing copy of the order dated 28.06.2013 passed in W.P. (C) No. 1138 of 2012, which reads as under: “Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. L.C.N. Shahdeo seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.” 7. Since the aforesaid writ petition filed by the petitioner with similar prayer as made in the present writ petition has already been dismissed as withdrawn on 28.06.2013, I am of the view that the present writ petition is not maintainable. The same is, accordingly, dismissed. The petitioner may however pursue his grievance before the concerned authority.
