JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - According to the petitioner, certain individuals have encroached upon the land belonging to Irrigation Department, next to the Irrigation Canal in Village Sarwarkhera, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 2. It is not known whether petitioner himself has encroached upon public land or not. However, since petitioner has made a representation to Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, therefore, this Court hopes and expects that Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned shall look into the matter and take appropriate decision, in accordance with law, as early as possible. 3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
