JUDGMENT : SANJAY KUMAR DWIVEDI, J. 1. Heard Ms. Aanya, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/State. 2. This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard. 3. This petition has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 21.01.2009 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 931 of 2007, corresponding to G.R. No. 4234 of 2007. 4. Status report is on the record which suggest that out of seven witnesses, three witnesses including the informant have been examined. 5. In view of further development, no relief can be extended to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take all the grounds at appropriate stage.
