ORDER : 1. As the petitioners are said to be in possession of the property and had been able to grow another crop on Banana, nothing further survives in this contempt case. 2. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 3. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
