JUDGMENT 1. This matter is squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 21.10.2021 rendered in WP(C) No. 218 of 2021. 2. As per the submissions of Mr. S. Sen, learned Standing counsel for MTC (respondent No. 2 & 3), that appropriate decision will be taken and the retirement benefits due to the petitioner will be released within 3(three) months from the date of this order. This undertaking is accepted. 3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
