JUDGMENT I.A. No.3 of 2021 An application under Order XXIII, Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for withdrawal of R.S.A. No. 11 of 2019 has been filed by the appellants. It is asserted that the respondent has agreed to pay the loan amount to the appellants. Therefore, the parties seeks closer of the matter. The appellants therefore, desire to withdraw the appeal. Mr. Rahul Rathi, learned counsel for the respondent submits that what is stated in the application by the appellants is correct. In view of the submissions made, the application is allowed. RSA No. 11 of 2019 stands withdrawn and disposed.
