ORDER 1. The appellants charged under Section 302, 452 and 32 IPC and acquitted by the Trial court. The judgment of the Trial Court was reversed by the High Court and they were convicted for the aforesaid offences and sentenced to life imprisonment. 2. Notice was issued on the bail application on 11.12.2020. We have heard learned Senior Counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the state. 3. Appeal was admitted on 5.08.2016. 4. We are informed that the appellants have undergone sentence of seven years and eight months. 5. As there is no likelihood of this appeal being heard soon, we direct the release of the appellants on bail subject to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. I.A. stands allowed.
