JUDGMENT 1. The limited prayer as made out in the instant writ petition is for a direction to allow the petitioner to contest and participate in the meeting to be held at 1:00 PM on 18.11.2021, for the constitution of Managing Committee of the Rajabala Higher Secondary School, Rajabala as directed by this Court vide the order dated 07.10.2021 passed in WP(C) No. 239 of 2021. 2. Mr. K. Paul, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. S. Chanda, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is constrained to approach this Court at the eleventh hour, in view of the fact that the writ petitioner has been informed verbally that he shall not be permitted to participate in the meeting. 3. Ms. R. Colney, learned GA for the State respondents submits that she has taken instructions that there is no such proposition from the part of the authorities, if the petitioner is qualified to participate in the meeting. 4. In view of the submissions made by Ms. R. Colney, learned GA, nothing remains to be considered in the instant writ petition, inasmuch as, there should be no impediment to allow the writ petitioner to participate in the meeting or to contest for the post of Secretary. 5. For the reasons stated above, the instant writ petition stands closed and accordingly disposed of.
