JUDGMENT 1. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioners have sought writ of mandamus to the respondents. 2. On perusal of the record, this Court finds that the petitioners have not even submitted a representation before the competent authority and have directly approached this Court. 3. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to address a representation before the competent authority, ventilating their grievances along with a certified copy of the order instant within a period of two weeks. 4. On receipt of the representation, the competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law, preferably within a period of eight weeks. 5. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the petitioner's representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a particular manner. 6. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
