JUDGMENT : 1. Amar Nath Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for sometime prayed that this writ petition be disposed of with liberty to approach the Up-Ziladhikari, Badlapur, District-Jaunpur, respondent no.2 to file appropriate application for execution of the order dated 15.2.2021 passed in Computer Case No.T-201614360204787, (Samla Vs. Gaon Sabha) within one week. 2. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2, that in case such an application is filed within a week he will pass appropriate orders in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks thereafter.
