JUDGMENT 1. Mr. A.H. Hazarika, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file afresh, if so advised. 2. Prayer is allowed, accordingly the instant writ petition is closed on withdrawal with liberty as prayed.
