JUDGMENT : 1. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondents to follow the mandate as prescribed under Schedule-III, Appendix-I, Sub-Rule-6 of the Jharkhand Engineering Service Recruitment Rules, 2016 wherein the resolution issued vide memo No. 13026 dated 27.11.2012 has been adopted which clearly provides for uniform applicability of obtaining minimum qualifying marks as mentioned against each category in the said memo for the written competitive examinations (objective/subjective) to be held for all services/cadres and the minimum qualifying marks has to be calculated separately for each category against the total marks obtained in all the subjects. Further prayer has been made for issuance of direction upon the respondent-Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC), Ranchi to publish the cut-off marks of the Objective Type Papers which has been fixed by the respondent-JPSC being qualifying marks for recruitment to the post of Assistant Engineers in the Mains Examination held pursuant to Advertisement No. 05/2019. The petitioner has also prayed for issuance of direction upon the respondents to publish the result of the Mains Examination conducted by the respondent-JPSC pursuant to Advt. No. 05/2019 category wise by issuing a corrigendum. It is also prayed for directing the respondent-JPSC to include the petitioner’s name for interview as he being a candidate of BC-II category has obtained the minimum qualifying marks of 36.5% in Objective/Subjective Type Papers as the quota for interview is vacant and the mandate of 2.5 times should have been followed with a further direction to get the interview conducted by the same panel, which was deputed to take interview between 30.05.2022-12.06.2022. 2. It is jointly submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 29.06.2022 rendered by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 2420/2022 (Hansraj Oraon & Ors. Vs. The state of Jharkhand & Ors.) with W.P.(S) No. 2391/2022 (Ravi Shankar Singh & Ors. Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Ors.) and hence the present writ petition may also be dismissed in terms with the said judgment. 3. Considering the said submission of learned counsel for the parties and also keeping in view that the present case is squarely covered by the judgment dated 29.06.2022 rendered by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 2420/2022 with W.P.(S) No. 2391/2022, the present writ petition is also dismissed in terms with the said judgment. 4.
