JUDGMENT Rekha Borana, J. - The present writ petition has been filed aggrieved of the rejection of the petitioner's candidature for the post of Pre-Primary Education Teacher (NTT) on the ground that he was not possessing the required educational qualifications. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the controversy in question is squarely covered by the judgment passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 13209/2020; archana Bugaliya & Ors. v Rajasthan Staff Selection Board & Ors. decided on 17.01.2022. 3. In archana Bugaliya's case (supra), a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court held as under:- 'Undeniably, the institutions from where the petitioners have completed their two years' teacher training course are not recognized by the NCTE in absence whereof, this Court has no hesitation in holding that they do not possess the requisite eligibility for appointment on the post of Pre-Primary Education Teachers in pursuance of advertisement dated 21.08.2018. Merely because the institutions are registered with NCT or are approved by the Ministry of Human Resources, Government of India, would not entitle the petitioners for appointment. Learned counsel for the petitioners miserably failed to satisfy this Court as to how the petitioners can be held to have acquired eligibility as the institutions are registered with NCT or are approved by the HRD in absence of recognition by the NCTE. 4. In view thereof, this writ petition is devoid of merit and is dismissed accordingly.' 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not refute the above position of law. 6. In view of the ratio as laid down in archana Bugaliya's case (supra), the present writ petition being devoid of merit is dismissed.
