ORDER 1. I.A. No. 106459/2022 - The application for permission to place on record additional grounds and annexures is allowed. 2. It has been brought to our notice that after the matter was dealt with by this Court on 29.07.2022, a Memorandum dated 05.08.2022 containing articles of charges along with enclosures has been served upon the petitioner. The Memorandum inter alia calls upon the petitioner to submit his written statement in defence within ten days of the receipt of the Memorandum. 3. Mr. Vikas Singh, learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner, submits that without prejudice to all his submissions and contentions, the petitioner is willing to submit the statement in response to the Memorandum. Let the needful be done on or before 15.08.2022, that is in terms of the requisition made in the Memorandum. 4. Mr. Gaurav Agrawal, learned advocate appearing for the High Court of Judicature at Patna, submits that an appropriate decision after considering the entirety of the matter including the response so filed by the petitioner, shall be taken within two days thereafter. 5. List the matter for further consideration on 18.08.2022.
