JUDGMENT P.S.DINESH KUMAR J.This Review petition is filed seeking to review the order dtd. 26/10/2021 passed by this Court in W.A.No.983/2014. 2. Heard Shri Vikram Huilgol, learned Senior Advocate for the review petitioners and Shri K.Krishna, learned advocate for respondents No.1 to 4. 3. Bangalore Development Authority ('BDA' for short) issued Preliminary Notification on 29/12/1988 and Final Notification on 9/5/1994 for acquisition of land, in which review petitioners' name was found. The said Notifications were challenged in W.P.No.7743/1997 by review petitioners' father, which has been dismissed on 27/2/1998 and the said order has attained finality. 4. Shri Vikram Huilgol, learned Senior Advocate submits that in the subsequent Notifications dtd. 16/9/1997 and 7/10/1999, review petitioners' names were not shown. Therefore, review petitioners ought to have been given an opportunity before the Hon'ble Single Judge by remanding the matter. 5. In view of the fact that review petitioners have challenged the earlier notifications and failed and also for the reasons recorded in the impugned judgment, we find no ground to interfere in this review petition. Accordingly, Review petition fails and it is dismissed. No costs.
