JUDGMENT ORDER 1. Learned arguing counsel for the petitioner, inter-alia, contends that while passing the impugned summoning order (Annexure P-11), the trial Court has mis-construed the provisions as contained in Section 202 Cr.P.C. and moreover, the petitioner had only re-tweeted the tweet texted by 'Adhivakta Gautam Yadav' who has not even been arrayed as an accused in the complaint case filed by the respondent against the petitioner and this fact, in itself, shows the ulterior motive behind the filing of the said complaint case. 2. Notice of motion. 3. At this stage, Ms. G.K. Mann, Senior Advocate (assisted by Mr. Gursewak Singh, Mr. Sunil Kumar, Mr. Gursharan Singh, Ms. Simrat Kaur, Mr. Amritpal Singh Mann and Mr. Aditya Dassaur, Advocates) has appeared on behalf of the respondent and she accepts notice. Power of Attorney on behalf of the respondent has been submitted in the Court and the same is taken on the record. Learned Senior counsel for the respondent seeks some time to file written reply to the instant petition. 4. Let the same be filed on or before 08.09.2022 with the copy thereof to the counsel opposite, well in advance. 5. Meanwhile, the trial Court shall adjourn the criminal complaint case, as pending before it, beyond the next date of hearing as fixed in the present petition.
